I am using Access 2000 and Outlook 2000.

If I want to send "individual" emails to people in my database, can I set
up wthe fields in the email address field and message body? Eg
To: <firstname> <lastname> <email address> etc.

I am sure it can be done, as I think I have seen it somewhere, and it would
certainly make my life easier.

Thanks.

Have a look at

I have used WorldMerge (www.coloradosoft.com) for this purpose and found it
to work very well. Be sure to turn off your anti-virus protection before
sending a "blast."

I understand that Word can do the same through Mail Merge, but have not yet
explored it.
