Email updated information?

This may be to complex for my skill level but i want to know if this is
possible.
We use an Infopath 2003 form here in the office that is connected to an
access 2003 db. One section of the form should be filled out and when the
user hits 'submit' i would like to have a spreadsheet version of the
information emailed to the user.
My current set up has the macro running a query for today's data at a
certain time and it being sent via task scheduler. I would rather have it
sent when the user updates today's information though.

any thoughts?

I think you'll need to use some code inside Infopath to do this. If
Infopath even has code. It would appear you're only using A2003 to
store data so there is no real way to have email out information.
Unless you were to setup an Access database so it is always running
and periodically checks the table to see if there are new records.
