Email trapped in my outbox

R

Rebecca

I can't get rid of the error message that appeared when I
attempted to send an email. The message is below.
The message could not be sent because one of the
recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail
address was '//mailto:p[email protected]'.
Subject '', Account: 'mail', Server: 'mail.charter.net',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '501 syntax error', Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 501, Error Number:
0x800CCC79
Outlook keeps attempting to send this message but I would
like to erase. Any help?
Thanks,
Rebecca

Place Outlook in Offline mode (File-> Work Offline) and restart Outlook. Now
you should be able to delete it. Don't forget to put Outlook back On-line!
