Hello, I am trying to create a template using the 'create a form' way
i have used this before in 2003 i now have 2007. I create the form ok
and save as a template ok but when i send other person just recieves a blank
email with my signature on? have also tried saving to documents with same
result, its very frustating help please

My hunch is that you have not taken care of the publishing prerequisite for
