Hi
I'm a recruiter and I send out 5 - 10 emails a day to candidates informing
them that we'll be keeping their resumes on files. Rather than cutting and
pasting this information I'm trying to create a template that won't go away
once I've sent that email. So all that I need to do is type in the
candidates name.

Is there a way that I could do that?? Thanks so much

Create a new mail and choose Tools-> Forms-> Publish Form As...-> set Look
In to Inbox and name it. You can now easily select the form from within the
mail Outlook window by choosing Actions-> Form Name
