email stays in outbox. I have to click on send/receive to send.

I am trying to send Video as an attachment. The email goes to the outbox and
stays there unless I activate the send/receive icon. Help
 
Tools | Options | Mail Setup tab ... See if "send immediately when
connected" is checked.
