email signature not saving

I have a user that roams between locations and everytime they log on
somewhere else there email signature dissapears and needs to be re-created.
The same thing happens when they log on back to their regular workstation.
The signature is lost and needs to be recreated everytime.

We use roaming profiles, so it should retain the data no matter where they
sign on.

Any ideas???

No, not as of yet. It only seems to happen with one user. If they shut down
outlook and restart, everything is fine.

Only happens when they logon some place different.
