You can Google (http://google.com) for your provider, followed by "pop3 settings". This will
typically give you a guide (if your provider supplies one for you), or a list of servers for your
provider. (Ex: "comcast pop3 settings").

If you're unable to find it, post back with your provider; and I'll see if I can find your servers
for you.

You find those out from your ISP, the folks who provide you Internet
service. If your email is through Gmail or the like, these folks have web
pages with appropriate account setup details.

Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.
