Email Scanning Problem Cannot receive emails

Can someone provide me with a solution of the problem of no longer being able
to receive emails or emails take hours and days to enter my in-box. I have
the following error messages:
1. Vc150.bpl was not found
2. Add in ZFEXT.DLL could not be installed or loaded
3. Unable to start driver for: HPZipm12.exe

I was cleaning up my computer and somehow screwed my ability to receive
emails I went onto the Windows site and typed in these messages, but
nothing. It is so frustrating. Please help if one can.
 
2) Is an addin, Zipform?
3) Is an HP printer driver
1) might be a modem driver

You would appear to have royally screwed your PC with your clean up, do you
have a Windows restore point to a period when it was OK?
