email rules not executing

I have defined a rule to:
1) Forwarding email from a particular sender to a
particular email address.
2) Move this email from my in box to another folder.

Seems like this rule never executes.

Why?
 
What version of Outlook do you use? If you use
Outlook 2000 you may want to check the technet
article below:

This can be caused by messages that are "Private" sensitivity.
