Maybe...

Change:

'Copy the sheet to a new workbook
ActiveSheet.Copy

to:

'Copy the sheets to a new workbook
sourcewb.sheets(array("Sheet1","Chart1","Sheet 3", "a", "last")).Copy

Change the sheet names to what you need.

(Untested, uncompiled.)
