Email Restrictions

I'm trying to restrict employee email to only our domain name and very few
others. Is there a way I can do this without the user knowing it? My boss has
requested for me to do this, if possible to certain employees who are
receiving way too much personal email, jokes, cartoons, etc.. One of the
employees uses outlook and the others use outlook express.

Consider a third party tool like MIMEsweeper from http://www.clearswift.com/
.. My company used it for years and it did the job perfectly. Highly
configurable, too.
