email reports off MS ACCESS app run on MS server 2003

I have an app which runs just fine. There are several reports which we
convert to PDF for secure emailing, and utilize the ADOBE PDFWRITER IN ADOBE
ACROBAT to make the conversion. The reports look and format perfectly. The
client has now decided they want to utilize Microsoft Terminal Services,
which means running the app on Microsoft Server 2003 itself, currently they
run on each PC, and the adobe acrobat is installed on each PC, and again it
works perfectly. But Server 2003 will not allow install of the acrobat
PDFWriter which is shutting down an important part of our Access application.

I have read a lot of potential solutions, but most referred to solutions are
very old, written from 1999 to 2005.

I am hoping for a suggestion as to the best way currently to use what I have
if possible and convert Access reports to a format that will not easily allow
changes, like Jpeg for instance.

Any help will be appreciated. What seemed perfect, trying to use the SNP
format hit a brick wall which no one could solve.

So if possible something other than that would be preferrable.

Thank you
Ken

What do you mean 2003 won't let you install the PDF Writer? Is due to being
incompatible with Server 2003 or it just won't install? There are plenty of
free and other third party PDF writers out there that will work just as well
if you only want to output plain jane PDF files.

When you load acrobat 4, which is what client has, the server allows the
printer distiller, to load but not basic pdfwriter.

I was kind of hoping someone would have had some experience with this and
save me the trial and error of looking at all those third party items. As
well as possibly having a whole new perspective on a solution.
Thanks for replying
