Email replies & forwarded mail is stuck in outbox.

Why are my email replies and forwarded emails staying in Outbox? I have
worked with my service provider and they tell me their setting are correct.
 
Sorry - crystal ball has been laid off due to bad economy.

Version of Outlook? Mail account type? Are you online? What happens if
you test your account settings? Any errors? If yes, the exact error
message?
