Email receipt

I always receive duplicate emails. Two of the same emails.
How can I stop this?
I want to receive only one copy of an email.

Often caused by any intergrated anti virus application, if you have such
uninstall the AV, reboot and retest Outlook.
If the problem has gone away, reinstall the AV without the mail intergration
 
Do you use an antivirus scanner on incoming email? That will cause it.
Do you use rules to move messages? not using Stop processing action in the
rule will cause it.
