EMAIL RANDON FONT SIZE

MY EMAILS WORK FINE, THEN RANDOMLY A FEW WORDS HAVE VERY
LARGE FONT SIZES, THEN IT RETURNS TO NORMAL. THE FONT
SIZES ARE SO LARGE THAT A LETTER COVERS AN ENTIRE PRINTED
PAGE. HELP

Do you assume he is reading only his own emails?
I can't imagine that all his correspondents use Caps Lock all the time
