Email Program

If this is the wrong forum, I'm sorry but I'm at my wits end. I need to send
emails using data in Access 2000. The SendObject macro only allows 256
characters to transfer. Does anyone know if there is a software program I
can buy that sends emails AND can import data from Access? Thanks in advance
for any help.

You could create a report and e-mail it using SendObject method or you could
automate Outlook from within Access.

What exactly are you trying to send? How much data? Explain a bit more
your objective.

Thanks for your response Daniel. I have successfully sent message to Outlook
Express from Access 2000 using SendObject. The problem is that only the
first 256 characters transfer in OE. The rest are truncated. I'm trying to
thank people for helping our foundation and, of course, trying to personalize
it by including there name and other fields into it but that requires more
than 256 characters (about 500). That's why I was trying to go backwards.
Instead of sending from Access, I'm trying to find a email program that can
grab fields from Access and import them into it. I hope this makes sense.
