email problems

i am unable to set up an email account from microsoft to a website package
called mr site ia m currently designing for my wife,do you know how or can
you suggest steps in which i should take to get this to work together.this
means i will benefit from spam filters etc.

Consult the people hosting your web site if they are the ones providing the
email service, if not post back and be allot clearer on what you want.

Presumably you are paying that web designer/web host good money,
so they owe you assistance with setting up your hosted email.

They have to give you the basic settings. If you get an error message
when you try to send or receive, right-click on your error message, copy,
then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
