email problem after spyware

I downloaded and installed the beta version of microsoft
antispyware and then I could not receive my email. I had
to remove the anti-spyware in order to receive mail. Can
anyone help?

There have been some reports here of interference with some kinds of email.

Can you say what application you use to receve email, and what kind of email
servers you connect to?

Was simply removing Microsoft Antispyware sufficient to fix the issue, or
did you also use System Restore?

While you had Microsoft Antispyware installed--did you scan for and remove
any spyware?
