email problem after sp 2

When I click on a picture and choose to email it the email wizard pops up
asking me if I want to resize the image. If I choose to make the image
smaller (which is what I want to do) nothing happens, OE does not open. If I
choose to keep the original size OE opens and I can send the email,
unfortunately these files are too big for people with dial-up to receive.
Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Thanks.
 
Look for other softwares you install. I have few 10 users install SP2 and
use OE but no one complain.
