Email on Server

I'm getting messages that my server is full...I have moved many emails into
archived folders, I believe they are still residing on the server. I need to
access these frequently - can I move them to my pc so I can access easily?

Wow, you actually run and manage a mail server? Or perhaps did you mean
your *mailbox* is full?

Are you going to tell us what type of e-mail account you have (POP, IMAP,
HTTP/Deltasync, or Exchange)?
