EMAIL NOTIFIER TO RUN AFTER RECEIPT ON EVERY EMAIL DOWNLOADED

I have been trying to find an email notifier in Outlook 2003. I have
searched in vain for some information on turning this option on where
possible. If anyone knows how please let me know as I am tired of guessing
when an email comes in.

Please please help. Something similar is used in Incredimail - but that
program caused some problems with other programs on my computer. The email
notifiers you could choose were awesome due to sight and sound involved in it.

With Outlook, Microsoft has chosen function over flash.

You can change the sound played when a new email arrives through the Sounds
applet in Control Panel. You can have the toaster popup for the default
account in Outlook. Finally, you can have a popup tell you that you have
new messages. No animated song and dance, sorry.
These are set in Tools-->Options-->Preferences Tab-->E-mail
Options-->Advanced E-mail Options.

(PS All caps, like you've used in the subject, means you are YELLING.)

Do you want something to notify you instead of keeping outlook open? Do you
just want notified when specific messages arrive? If so, you can create a
rule... it's not flashing but as William states, Outlook was designed for
function, not flash.
