I get these types of messeages, but I have not sent email to the email
listed. I have run anti virus and spyware/addware and there are no
issues...Why do I get these?

Someone spoofed your address - either a spammer, or a friend of yours with a
virus. So you got the NDR. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with
your computer at all. This happens to everyone, note.

Hi,
Try to change your Login Password, Account Details and see if you could
fool the Hijacker and prevent him/Her/It from loging and using your Email
account as Spam account.
Contact your E-mail provider to tell them about your case they may be able
to Trace the Spoofed IP address or the least to prevent the Hub/Hoops the
Attacker is using to gain access to your Acount, otherwise you will find
yourself one day wanted??.
Always use a Hard to guess Password not the easy one like maycat, hubby1,
boyfriendname..etc... use Uper& lower case, numbers,hashes.
HTH.
Regards,
nass
