E-mails in your Sent Items generally means that the e-mail has been sent out
of your computer. It may not be received by the recipeint due to many
reasons.
1. Is the e-mail address of the recipeint correct?
2. The receivers ISP may have blocked your e-mail because it thinks that is
is SPAM. This could be because either your e-mail address or domain is
black-listed or the content of your e-mail is trigerring their SPAM Filter.
3. The receiver's computer may be receiving the e-mail but they may have
some filtering software on their computer that is causing the e-mail to
either be deleted or moved to a seperate folder/area.
