email newsletter template

How can I find out more about how to use the email newsletter template in
Word? I want to use the template for a newsletter on a regular basis, but
want to make sure it's flexible enough for my use. I'm having a hard time
figuring it out. Thanks.

Don't. Write your newsletter in Word using a standard Word template,
then paste that into your newsletter.
