Email: Mulitple recepients but want them to only see their name

I am sending the same email to over 100 contacts and would like each
recepient to only be able to see their name in the "TO" line. I dont' want
to have to send this to each one individually as this will take so much time.
How do I send it once to all of the contacts but have each one only see
their name as recepient?

In Outlook, click Help and look for "mail merge".
