email messages

I have always been using microsoft outlook web access but recently i
downloaded outlook and configured my email account with the program. But I
realised that now when i log onto outlook web access, my emails are no longer
there. How can i solve this? or can i un-configure my email account so as to
get back my emails in outlook web access?
 
Which version of Outlook are you using and which mail account type are you
using to connect to your mailbox?
