Email Lotus Notes

hello
I found the code below but i'm just starting out with access and i'm not sure
how to make it work. Does is use a table or do you put the emails into the
body of the code ? Can someone break this code down for me, dumb it down as
much as possible. I have alist of 30 receipients i need to send a file to
no attachement just an email.
