Email links don't work

I have a tiresome problem with links that don't work in my
Outlook 2000, SR-1. I'm running windows 2000 & IE
6.0.2800.11061c. I have to copy / paste my outlook links
into the IE URL to open them. I say thank you in advance
to anyone who can help me with this.

You probably need to reregister IE - instructions are at

If you're using a Pop-up Ad blocker program, check its documentation to
see if its blocking the opening of a new web browser and how to workaround
that.
