How do I save multiple messages to one folder? When I try to do this the
message previously saved is erased.

Outlook folder or Windows folder? There should be no limitation in an
Outlook folder; however you can have only 1 file with the same name in a
Windows folder. If this is the case, add some number [1], [2], to the
file name.

Thanks, Pat. I am not sure about the folder, but it must be a Windows
folder. I'm pathetic. This has baffled me for some time. I had no problems
before I switched servers. I was using Outlook Express. I will add the
digits and that makes sense to me. I don't suppose one would be able to
select whether to use an Outlook or Microsoft folder. Thanks again for the
reply.

Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same thing. Outlook Express
questions go in
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general , not
here. You choose which type of folder you want by dragging it to a folder
that either shows in IOutlook Express or to a folder that shows on your C
drive or your desktop or in Windows Explorer.
