Email in Chinese can't be displayed

Hi,

I have received email that are in Chinese, however those
Chinese characters cannot displayed properly in Outlook
e.g. appears in square.

Anyway to solve thsi problem?..

which version of Outlook?

perhaps you can ask your sender to send mail in html format instead
