Does anyone know if there is a way to impove the quality of the data sent in an email form a form? Here is an example of the current response to one of my forms? Also, does anyone know of a way to send an email response back to the sender to confirm that the "request" was received

Improving the quality of the data sent in an email form is up to the visitor of the email form. If what you mean is the format of

you probably need a third-party script for that - Frontpage only has a
'confirmation page' that says 'You sent this, that and the other, not emailing
the sender confirming their order - this really would be a manual process, since
it is just an email and is not technically 'received' until you open and read it,
and then respond to it.

However an 'auto responder' can still send a reply message saying "thank you for
your order, this is what you ordered' sort of thing....but it is not an
acknowledgement as such of a physical person having opened and read your message.

try www.hotscripts.com for email/form scripts (for the server side languages your
ISP supports - php, asp, cgi/perl, etc) that might have the feature/s you're
after.
