Email Folders & Web Favorites

I am switching from a computer which ran on Windows 98 SE
to a new one which runs on Windows XP Home Edition.
I'm trying to find out how to get all of my Outlok
Express email folders and website favorites copied over
to the new XP machine. What is the easiest way to do
this. I can't seen to find out where the Outlook Express
folders are located in XP or I would just copy them over
there, or is this not a good idea.

Look into FAST (Files and Settings Transfer wizard) in WIndows XP..
