email downloads on 2 computers in a home wireless setup

When I download emails on my laptop,Icant see the same emails on our desktop
computer. How can we set it so that emails arent deleted from the desktop?????
 
I doubt they're deleted from the desktop. I expect they never got there in
the first place. On your laptop, find the setting to "leave a copy of
messages on the server" or something similar, and check it. In Outlook 2003,
this is found at: Tools> E-mail Accounts> View or change existing e-mail
accounts> Change> More Settings> Advanced.
