Email downloading

Just started wth windows email, the emails are downloading everything on the
server. pop.att ect..... i wnat to download emails only from a certain date
to present.
For instance download all emails beginining from a month ago. Not have to
go back and download everything on the server. If everything is downloaded i
will be deleting over 5000 emails

thanks for the help.
 
By default, all messages in your inbox at the account's webmail page will
download into Windows Mail Inbox as Unread messages. WYSIWYG.
