Sometimes, I must move email messages qued up in the outbox to a different
folder for a time. When I move them back, they go into a Neverland called
Date: None. In this dreamy state, they don't send when you press the
Send/receive button on the menu bar.

My current fix: open each one individually and hit the Send button. Is there
an easier way?

Thank you
Bob

No, that's the correct fix.

No, placing item in the Outbox doesn't automagically make them qued items.
Items will only send when you've explicitely initiated the Send command on
the item. Why would you move the items out of the Outbox in the first place
after pressing the Send button?

Hi Roady,
Sometimes after inititiating a SEND, and queing into the Outbox, I need to
pull the messages out. One time for example, I ran into an ISP issue where
they limited the number of my outgoing messages. This typically occurs when I
am sending 500+ messages. From your response and Sue's, I must be more
careful when I hit the send button the first time!

Thank you and Sue- Great MVPs with helpful answers!
