Hi

I have created a call logging database for our IT Department, I would like
to have a button on the form so that after it has been filled out, you can
just press this button and it will email only this record to the user stating
there call referance number and other information that is in that record.

We also have exchange server 2003 set up with an alias for each staff
member, this alias is also on the filled out form, is it possible to add this
alias to the "To:" field so it will send this record without any user
intervention?

either automate Outlook or use CDOSys. then just gather fields into a
string, create your message and send it.
Search the NG. there are examples all over the place.
