Email Contents Disappear

After receiving an email in Outlook 2002 and viewing the email, I move onto
the next email and later go back to the first email, the contents are gone.
Even the size of the email has been reduced to 2 or 3 kbytes. This only seems
to happen with certain senders. The only way I know of to get the content is
to check my email from the webmail of my provider. Then cut and past to a
document. Is there a setting that is causing the email contents to disappear?
Or is it something to do with the format from the sender?
 
Is there and Antivirus scanner setup to scan email in this picture anywhere?
