Email Contacts IE7-Vista

I see no CONTACTS option in IE7.
what are you actually trying to do.

(e-mail address removed)@sport.rr.com

Does anybody know a Quick and easy transfer between the two.
 
Trying to transfer email address's from IE7 on my Laptop running on XP to a
Laptop running Vista,tried to use the easy transfer but unable to locate just
the address's

I'm afraid that's impossible. IE 7 (Internet Explorer 7) is a web
browser and not an email client. IE 7 doesn't have "contacts".

Or am I missing something?.......
