Email Automation using dotnet (URGENT!!!)

Guys,
I have to create an application that will send emails to our
customers on a scheduled day and time automatically.

Please help me.

Create a windows service with a timer.

On every timer click check the date, and if it fits your schedule, use
SmtpMail class to send mails.
