Email autocomplete feature not working, Suggest Names box is check

Suddenly autocomplete feature stopped working. The Suggest Names box is
checked under advanced options and I rebooted computer. Any advice?
 
Usually indicates a corrupt profile. Create a new one. If you can find your
old autocompletion cache, rename to match your new profile and you may be
able to reclaim your entries.
