email addresses

For the last year I start typing and email address and the selection box will
pop up showing me all of the addresses that start with that letter, I select
and go. All of the sudden this no longer works. I have been told that is
just the way it is with Outlook and I have to start over. I cant believe
that is the only solution. Is there a way to get back to operating the way I
was or do I truly have to start over. The problem is not all of my addresses
are entered as contacts. HELP!
 
You can create a new profile from scratch, then reset your previous NK2 file
to match the name of your new profile.
