I have a new machine with win/me
I installed anti virus- antispyware-pers.firewall and ms/office
whenever I start outlook there is a popup : an application is trying to
access your email address : do you allow or not (and how long if yes)
I can not get rid of this message and not use outlook.
I checked disk completely for any virus spyware and no results
any idea why I get this or how to resolve this

Hard to say; it could be from any one of the 'anti' apps you installed or
from OL, depending what version.

I have already tried to shutdown firewall - spyware-virus
no different result
