I'm attempting to keep my contact's email addresses
private when I send out a bulk email. As an exmample,
whem I send out an email, everyone that the email is sent
to, also sees the names and email addresses of the other
recipients. My question is, are there ways to hide ro
remove the email addresses from the TO box so that other
recipients can't see.

Put the addresses in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field of the mail header.
That's what it's for.

I'm told that using the BCC option works fine until someone does a 'reply to
all' ... at that point the recipient supposedly can see all the addresses
that were in the original email. Is that something I can correct/change? Or
is that for my Outlook Administrator? Ideally what I would like to show is
just the name of the distribution list ---without a way for recipients to
check properties and see who the individuals are. Thank you.

You've been told wrong. Bcc recipients don't show in Reply to All.
