email address in contacts

I would like to know why some email addresses show up on
the contact box as names underlined and some show up as
the actual address. I would like them all to appear as
email addresses. That way when I print contacts into a
hard copy address book, I will have the email Address
available to me
 
The Display Name varies with each Outlook version.
You would not want to print the Display Name to see the email address. Print
the email address. Add that field to a Table view or include it in a mail
merge to do your printout.
