My website comprises a form to be filled in online by the
customers and I would like to email the content of this
online form.

In Form Properties, when I input the email address I got
the following message:

"This form cannot be configured to send results via
email. The website may be located at a disk-based
location or on a server that has not been configured to
send email. Contact your system administrator or ISP for
more info."

That is normal unless you are working in IIS with extensions or on a live server with extensions.
Tell it No you do not want to remove the email address and then publish to a server with extensions
installed.

If you're working on a local disk-based version of your
Web site, just ignore the message. The page won't work
locally, but it *will* work on the live site (unless the
next paragraph applies).

If you're working on a local server-based Web:

1. Open the FrontPage Server Extension "Server
Administration" page.
On Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional, this
is http://barbell/_sharepoint/fpadmdll.dll
2. Click the Administration link for your Web server.
3. Click Change Configuration Settings.
4. Configure the Mail Settings section.

If you're working on a hosted Web, your host will need to
perform this configuration.
