Email a form with a specific record

I have developed a form in Access to use for Maintenance Service Calls. I
want service call requestors to be able to email the request to the
Maintenance department. I set up a command button on the form to email a
report snapshot to the Maintenance department. It works fine, except all
records in the report are sent. How can I limit this to just the current
record ? I tried to set up a macro to email the form with the current record,
but I couldn't get it to work correctly.

On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com) there is a small Access sample
database called: "PrintOneLabel.mdb" which shows the basic idea. Although
it is built for labels, a label report is just like any other report. The
same procedure will work with a regular report. The only thing you will
need to change is to modify the OpenReport command to a Send Object command.

Take a look. If you have any questions, just ask.
