Elitebar spyware and Internet Explorer 6

Elitebar is a new spyware. It can act as a toolbar but
is impossible to uninstall. It even has options on it that
will collect your credit card info.
This application comes with no uninstaller and can
download its own updates and applications without any user
interaction.
Currently Microsoft Antispyware can not detect this
program and trying to shut the program down through
taskmanager is impossible. The vendor of this application
is searchmiracle.com.
All technical info regarding registry keys and uninstall
help for older versions of this application are found at
this website

http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/library/elitebar/index
..phtml

although this web address is usless for uninstalling or
detecting the newer version of the application. It might
give you an idea on how to start on it.
Please help me out. I am stumped on how to remove this
application from a bunch of Windows 2000 Professional
computers. I currently have my users use Microsoft
AntiSpyware and Ad-Aware as their spyware removal programs
and neither can detect or remove this software.
