Eliminate question box "Allow interaction?"

Hi,

How do I eliminate the question "Allow interaction?" box that pops when I
click on an email link? It started after I installed IE7.

My system: XP Home, SP2, IE7, Outlook 2003.

is that exactly what it says? If so, its not an Outlook and probably not an
IE dialog. What antivirus do you use?

I currently don't have any antivirus installed.
The dialog appears with the message "allow interaction..." occasionally when
I click a link in an email message apparently to allow access to the web
site requested.
