Eliminate information at beginning and ending

I have the following sample information in one column. I
would like to eliminate the three digit number at the
beginning (and the space after the number) and I would
also like to eliminate the last word.

Starting Information - in one column
----------------------------------------------
100 Cisco Systems Inc. San Jose
101 CIGNA Corporation Philadelphia
102 Hartford Financial Services Group Hartford

Final information - in one column
